As my friend Waylan did earlier this week, I have decided to revamp and revitalize my own blog to keep in communication with the outside world.  Here I will discuss not only the temporally relevant events, but also the kind of revelations that occur in such, how can I say, “intense” emotional situations.  Well, lets forget about the emotional for now.  I do believe, as Camus has said, that “we get in the habit of living before we get in the habit of thinking”.  And I believe that now is the time to invert this habit mantra.  Nothing will be spoken of here directly addressed to anyone in particular, nor anything that has to do with certain pertinent situations of events those close to me know have happened.  This is my space, my medium, to finally write.  And here we go.

-The Particular

there are some things you must refine in your philosophies. To think before one acts is still to act before action. Thinking before one acts is nothing more than actively creating an action in our minds and then rationalizing it into our present. I believe your Camian inversion should not be complete. Our impulsive actions are merely dominated by our subconcious, a neccesary factor in ones happiness. Rationality in today’s day is entirely foolishin its lack of regard for desire and the neccesities we feel in our desires. It instead defines what should or ought to be in situations that seem universal. People are taught to abandon desires. This should not be. I am not a hedonist, but rather, one who believes that to think before action is severely limiting in development and growth. (i have learned this from experience)
